Tune Footwear Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

Tune Footwear offers free exchange on orders within the US. Just return the item within 20 days of purchase and your exchange will be processed and mailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Shoes must be in original condition (not worn outside) and must have ALL original packaging.

Returns Policy

Shoes purchased within 30 days may be returned. Just return the item along with original pack slip that was included in your order. Shoes must be in original condition (not worn outside) and must have ALL original packaging. Refunds will be credited once your return is processed.


In order to process and exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. Return your TUNES in the original packaging to to the address listed below.  Please include the original packslip if you still have it.  If not, then include a note with your name and order number.  You can choose any shipping service.
  2. Try to secure tracking information when you send back your original order.  If you forward the tracking infomration to michael@tunefootwear.com with the subject "Exchange Request", then we will send out exchange orders the same day we receive the tracking information.  Otherwise, we'll send out exchange orders once the original is received by our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Tune Footwear. Tune Footwear cannot be responsible for return packages not arriving at our warehouse. We STRONGLY recommend that you obtain proof of shipping, tracking, and insurance.


We are unable to provide a shipping refund for returned items. In the event there is a problem with the shoe, we will refund all delivery charges and send out a replacement free of charge.
